The development of a wind farm project is a long process, which depending on its scale, takes approximately 4 years. Since 2005, Borko LTD has been working on several projects in Northeast Bulgaria and in the Districts of Shumen and Targovishte. Two of the projects in the region of Shabla are already owned by Electrawinds and were commissioned in 2011.
